Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (if using). Ensure the florets are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower.
  6. Return to the oven and roast for another 5–10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the Parmesan is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.
