Garlic Butter Steak and Corn Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin or flank steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups frozen or canned corn (drained)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
- Season steak cubes generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak in batches until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add corn to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Return steak to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter and corn mixture. Cook for 1 minute.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
