Frozen Strawberry Cheesecake Bark

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet (approx. 9×13 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the surface.
  7. Scatter the crushed freeze-dried strawberries over the crumbs.
  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  9. Once frozen, break the bark into irregular pieces.
  10. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
