Frozen Strawberry Cheesecake Bark
Ingredients
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
Directions
- Line a baking sheet (approx. 9×13 inches) with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the surface.
- Scatter the crushed freeze-dried strawberries over the crumbs.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, break the bark into irregular pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
