Crispy Parmesan Salmon Bites
Ingredients
- 1 pound skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Dredge each salmon cube in the Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the cheese sticks to all sides.
- Arrange the salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and the Parmesan coating is golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
