Crispy Parmesan Salmon Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Dredge each salmon cube in the Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the cheese sticks to all sides.
  5. Arrange the salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and the Parmesan coating is golden and crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
