Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and salt.
  2. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. Fold in sliced banana.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
