Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk (dairy or plant‑based)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- In a bowl or jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and salt.
- Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Fold in sliced banana.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir.
- Serve chilled, topped with extra banana slices or a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
