Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups (12 ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine

Directions:

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil overhang and cut into squares.
