Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups (12 ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
Directions:
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil overhang and cut into squares.
